HP Stats Bar

A new system has been installed, the HP system. It will vary by the amount of posts and the respect of the user. Axle and I will change the HP stats. It was designed by Axle and created by me. Thank you, and happy posting

Erm... since every1s 'HP' is at 9999 (the max) atm then how can it go up?

The admins are issued the 9999 stat, which is the maximum available for this mod.

not exactly, admins have full control, so they have 9999. mods have 7500, while normal users have 1000. Special users have 5000.
